Patter of Paws offer a wedding chaperone service that will ensure you and your dog(s) are happy, comfortable and stress free on your special day.
Our four-legged friends are part of our family so it only feels right they are part of the wedding celebrations if you would love for them to be there, whether it being for the family photo, or greeting your guests on arrival.
We all have different requirements for our wedding day, so Patter of Paws will be on-hand to create a bespoke package to meet your needs. Within the wedding chaperone service, it could include:
- Pre-wedding dog walk, comfort breaks and feeding
- Collect your dog and safely transport to and from the wedding venue
- Supervise family photo session
- Safely transport your dog home or to your chosen overnight lodgings when all duties are complete.
Payment terms
A 50% non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. This should be paid during your initial ‘meet and greet’ stage. The remainder of your balance must be paid 28 days prior to your wedding day. An additional fee will be applied for additional dogs in the household.
Please note, this service is currently only available on weekends and Bank Holidays. It’s also recommended that your booking is made at least 6 months ahead of your wedding, a general ‘meet and greet’ will initially be booked to discuss your requirements for your dog(s) for your wedding day. At least two walks or home visits will also need to be in place ahead of the wedding so Patter of Paws and your dog(s) are comfortable with each other on your special day.
Mileage
This service is available for the Witney and surrounding area with a radius of 15 miles. Any additional mileage will be charged at the recommended HMRC rate. Additional travel time will be charged in addition to your package.
